Fine place to stay, really close to the airport. Was clean, and also it was great to have access to a kitchen area. Theres also a permanent tenant in the house who I ran into and she was really nice!
A suggestion would be to find some less fragrant laundry soap for the linens -- it was a bit much especially in a small room. Also not necesssarily a positive or negative but it was confusing -- there is a camera in the area outside the kitchen which the staff used to help me find my room. Great that they could help me remotely, but it was very confusing when i didnt know what was happening and could just hear a voice haha

Spacious, clean, good kitchen facilities, very accommodating host. A well organised establishment. No. 423 bus stop within a very short distance from property for transport to Heathrow Terminal 5.

The room was clean, and the lady who welcomed me was very kind and polite. She seemed to genuinely care and tried her best to make me feel comfortable.
I was really disappointed with this booking. The listing described it as a studio flat, but when I arrived, it turned out to be just a room in a shared property, not a private space as I expected. The kitchen was shared, and the bathroom was located next to another room where someone else was already living — something that was not mentioned clearly in the description.
To be fair, the room was clean and the lady managing the place was very kind and welcoming. But this was not the experience I booked or expected, and I left the property immediately. I had to book another place last-minute, which was stressful and expensive.
I won’t be using Booking.com again, as I no longer find it reliable. Listings should be 100% honest and transparent, especially when it comes to privacy and shared spaces.
