Cool solution to save money and get access to Normandy rural area and ocean side

The price for such a big house

I'd been ready for this, but the main purpose was an ocean. From this location it's about 30 minutes driving. But close to the ocean side is more expensive accommodations options.

la propreté laisse a désirer, drap non adapté au lit, poubelle non vidé a l'étage,ventilateur qui ne marche pas, lampe de chevet sans ampoule.pas de serviette au RDC, pas de torchon de vaisselle,robinet d'évier qui éclabousse partout,meuble SDB RDC hs ,douche entartré,congélateur non dégivré et sale, toile d'araignée dans les placards.refait a neuf il y a vingts ans. etc etc l'escalier pour l'étage !!! il faut être équilibriste pour descendre sans rambarde, demi marche alterné étroite

L’isolation et la cour

Le logement était très sale, le ménage n’était pas fait depuis longtemps, poussières , vitres très sales et le sol aussi et je parle même pas de l’état de la douche. Et il y avait une brocante dans la rue le samedi, j’ai dû bouger ma voiture rapidement et on ne m’avait pas prévenue.

The price for such a big house

I'd been ready for this, but the main purpose was an ocean. From this location it's about 30 minutes driving. But close to the ocean side is more expensive accommodations options.
