El apartamento está situado en la calle principal de Titisee-Neustadt. Está muy cerca de la iglesia y está rodeado de varios restaurantes, cafés, etc, Hay un LIDL muy cerca por si necesitas comprar para el desayuno, comida para la ruta del día...
Tiene un salón-cocina muy amplio que mira al río Gutach con vistas muy bonitas.
Tiene una terraza con bbk equipada con bancos y mesa para poder utilizarla en las comidas.
Está superequipado, no solo con menaje, cubertería, utensilios, lavadora, robot aspirador, etc., también tienes sal, azúcar, café, aceite, papel de cocina, detergente, que seguro te vendrán muy bien.
Todo está muy limpio y ordenado.
Las camas son cómodas, aunque para mí un poco estrechas (1,35).
El cuarto de baño más el aseo independiente vienen genial cuando viajas en grupo.
Para entrar al garaje hay que ir hasta el final de la manzana y coger un callejón. La plaza tiene buen tamaño, pero no queda mucho espacio para maniobras, con maña aparcas.
Las dos camas de matrimonio en la misma estancia.
Las camas un poco estrechas.

Every thing is equipped in the kitchen for home living.It’s nice to stay in the accommodation when you have a long stay with family. The parking lot is the end of the garage. Your car is not possible to park head forward. Need to turn it around with few minutes.
There is a garage facility next to the house. The smell is not good in the entrance.

False representation. In Booking it is stated the apartment has air condition – it does not. The apartment seemed to be some upgrade to a storage facility. The apartment is situated between two other units and has only one air direction. It is very narrow and long and there is only one big window in the entire apartment – at the far narrow side. There are no windows in the bed room nor in the shower room. In the bedroom there are only two small non-opening glass panes at the upper end of one wall facing the living room. Therefore, whenever there is light in the living room there is light in the bedroom. No fresh air in the bed room and no air conditioning. The parking place is adjacent to a wall and very narrow and hard to maneuver. In my view it will not fit a large SUV or even an estate car. We needed some 7-8 maneuvers to park in reverse which is the only way to drive out. The living room and kitchen are otherwise very nice and well equipped. The apartment is in the same corridor of the garbage room of the building. The corridor is smelly and not ventilated. We would not return to this apartment.
