I enjoyed the location, it was close to all things we were there to do! The newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice and the furniture in the living area was comfortable. The kitchen was great!
There were not any televisions in the bedrooms. We wanted to sweep up one day when leaves came in with the wind, we could not find a dust pan. Also the toilet tissue was pretty thin.

The condo was spotless, equipped with everything one would need for a multiple day stay, bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, whole place comes 100% as advertised. Felt super spacious, lovely view at the pond. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Location on compound is excellent, right next to the tennis academy courts. It’s just a 15 min walk to grocery stores, restaurants and shops and a 15-20 min drive to 5th Av, 3rd St and the beach. Host was kind, proactive, responsive, even flexible early check-in was possible for my trip.
Cannot come up with any negatives.
