location was nice, 2 minute walk from the beach. there was the aquarium in front of the view though so you coild see the beach on the two sides of the aquarium building. the outdoor shower was nice along with the outdoor eating area which overlooked a buffalo grazing field. it is away enough from the main area that its quiet at night but walking distance to the cliff and town. Zostel next door was never loud. the surfing lessons were a highlight
we couldn’t get the hot water to work and we had to ask for things (toilet paper, soap, towels) instead of them being replenished daily, a tad annoying but not a huge deal

We liked the location near the less crowded Black Sand beach. We liked our room, which didn’t have much of a view, but was quiet and private. And the staff.
We like Indian breakfast, but it was the same every morning. We stayed five nights, but the room was neither cleaned nor fresh towels offered. We weren’t warned not to leave shoes or clothing on our terrace, one of my best hiking sandals (and socks) were totally chewed up by the staff’s dog (caught red handed!) and unwearable. We noticed other people’s footwear and clothing chewed and strewn afterwards as well! We thought the cost high for what was provided.

Sehr nettes Personal und eine sehr gute Lage mit (leicht verbauter) Sicht aufs Meer. Die Surf Lessons waren sehr gut organisiert und insgesamt war es einfach, mit den Angestellten und den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und gemütlich. Insgesamt sehr guter Vibe.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas basic, es gab schon mal Wifi-Probleme, Stromausfälle und nicht wirklich heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Insgesamt könnte man aus der Anlage mehr machen.

We like the location ,views from the property and host - Manoj is very pleasant and helpful. Food is really good.
There are stray dogs that made us really uncomfortable and scary whenever we entered the property. Mirror fixed very height, which made avg. Indian women to see and get ready difficult. Large mirrors can be arranged inside the rooms.
AC is not properly serviced, and it takes too much time to get the cooling. Fans are really slow.
