The location was excellent and the instructions very clear to collect keys and enter building. The building and flat was very clean and superbly presented.
Had trouble opening the lock box as the bit to open was not working properly and the key was a bit hard to get out of the yale lock at times, so perhaps just needs a bit of WD40.
Would have been good to have a mirror in the ensuite and a small bin.

Location excellent, doesn't have a view particularly from the apartment, but straight out the front door, across a small patch of grass, down some steep steps and you are on the promenade / beach. Helpful there is a lift in the property.
The cleanliness of the apartment needs to be improved. Beds and towels were clean, but not fresh looking or welcoming. The blinds in one of the bedrooms was coming down, fixings into the wall / ceiling need redrilling. There was an issue with a pull to the light in the bathroom. Considering this is a two x double bedroom apartment, you would expect a minimum of 4 mugs / teacups. There were only 3, and they were all chipped, one of our party resorted to having their morning tea in a glass!! Little things like that should be addressed before the next person arrives, we felt. The lack of a welcome pack is OK, but a small touch like that would have been appreciated considering the cost of the apartment and particularly as we were only there 3 nights. There is a refundable deposit of £96 which is taken just before arrival, and we were advised as we left that we would be refunded immediately, however, it has taken nearly 4 weeks to get it, despite liaising with the email and number we had previously spoken to the renter on, with no reply, we resorted to complaining to Booking.com and the refund arrived, hopefully this was just an oversight.
