Lovely hostel right on the fantastic Spile beach. Friendly staff and amazing balcony looking at the sea. Strong WiFi. Go to ENIGMA pizzeria and they will help you check in.

Posizione perfetta di fronte alla spiaggia, bellissima la vista dalla terrazza. Questo di per sé si merita un buon voto. Possibilità di fare il check in anticipato alle 12.
Il dormitorio femminile é angusto e non adatto a 6 persone. L'aria condizionata crea disagi, in base al letto che hai puoi sentirla troppo forte o per nulla e questo crea attriti. La prima notte mi hanno assegnato un letto che in realtà era già occupato e se ne sono accorti solo la notte quando la ragazza é rientrata. Il bagno é sempre sporco e non c'è quasi mai la carta igienica, essendo il bagno delle donne più vicino alla terrazza viene usato sia dal dormitorio che dagli ospiti delle altre stanze.

La ubicación es excelente. Al lado de la playa.
Está un poco escondida la entrada, y si bien nunca vi nada sucio, si presencié a una de las señoras de la limpieza cortándose las uñas de los pies en plena entrada del hostel.

The location is indeed very close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk and you are in the water.
BUT-
Let's start with the fact that they charged us 7.5 euros more than the price I booked on Booking.
When I went to pay at check-in, he told me the price was 8,000 Lek. When I showed him that the Booking.com price clearly stated 80 Euros—which is like ,3000 Lek—he said they treat the Lek and the Euro as a one-to-one exchange.
When I looked at him in disbelief, he took the trouble to explain again: 100 Lek = 1 Euro.
That’s not right. People come to hostels on a budget; they plan their trips and choose places based on price.
I’ve encountered tourist traps like that in Albania—street stalls, souvenir shops..but never in a hostel.
I didn't bother arguing with him, since it was clear he was just an employee, And that, of course, is not his fault.
but it was a frustrating situation.
Moving on to cleanliness: the toilets and showers looked perfectly fine after the cleaning staff had been through, but they were filthy throughout the day, and no one did anything about it.
The kitchen was small, cramped, and filthy. I stayed there for three days; when I arrived, the sink was overflowing and clogged. The very same dishes that had clogged and dirtied it when I first got there were still sitting there when I left.
Of course, it’s every guest's responsibility to wash their own dishes, but when it’s obvious that the guest who left the sink a mess has long gone, it becomes the cleaning staff's responsibility.
It was impossible to wash dishes comfortably because the sink was flooded. The same goes for the common area—the tables were gross and sticky, and the chairs and sofas were dirty.
Disappointing..
