Comfortable but the complex is in need of refurbishing

Room was dirty I had to go buy cleaning supplies and disinfect and clean the room it was dirty underwear and dirty towels hanging over the shower I went to the front desk they came in with gloves took them down and left

This property was sold and therefore did not have our reservations, but since we had our paperwork with us, they honored our reservation price. This property is now One Life Studios. This property is also in the process of being renovated. There was no continental breakfast. Maid service is limited/or by request.

The bathroom sink had been forgotten. There was dried soda in the bathroom sink. Mirrors were very streaked.

Power outage and has no generator to backup power.

The room appeared clean but upon further inspection i discovered a hole in the wall behind the door, paint on the bathroom floor, tub wasn't cleaned, didn't appear to be vacuumed, phone line was cut, found a pair of glasses from whomever stayed before me. I will not be back. I told front desk about what was found and didn't even get an I'm sorry nor was i offered a discount of any kind.

They advertised breakfast and didn’t have it. The first room was nasty but the guy had no problem giving me another. The bed sheets were filthy.

Place was terrible, there’s was a thick black film in the bath tube and when i went to see if it was dirty the shower knob fell off. Furniture was disgusting, looked like someone had a runny diaper on…

This place should be condemned!! My husband and son went for a quick overnite, as they were checking our University of Evansville for a baseball camp. We are from the suburbs of Chicago so it was a long drive. My husband killed 2 cockroaches, hotels.com was notified and did nothing and the econo lodge did nothing !!! If I would have been there I would have taken the cockroaches to the front desk!!! Disgusting do not recommend

Please do not recommend this hotel. I chose it based on your website recommendation. The air vent in bathroom was hanging down with a piece on the counter. The toilet paper holder was broken, the towel had hair on it obviously not washed. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed and i saw bugs that appeared to be baby roaches in the bathroom. There was a drunk giy walking around at night it appears that this is a residence for some since there were decorations in the room windows. The only thing good was the staff. I checked out early and stayed somewhere else. How do I get a refund?

Not very clean. Definitely no frills just basic. Old and run down-nothing done to upgrade or maintain. Even though it's advertised as non smoking, my room reeked of cigarette smoke. Mirror and sink dirty.

This hotel was NOT as it appeared in the pictures. Did NOT receive a first floor room, for my handicapped mother, even though we booked 6 days prior! The ceiling was falling in… microwave was rusty…. Several holes in the wall… mouse droppings in the drawers of the dresser… and the whole room REEKED of urine. We couldn’t stay there at all

Not much to like it was under construction the rooms where dingy and just did not look clean plus the pool was closed and when checking in the clerk made a remark about the water bill thats not what i paid for but what was i to do plus the rooms were not handycap assable

A lot of drugs going around this place and bedbugs. This place is trashy and you will never get a better review from me. This place should not even be open

If they scrubbed it down and bleached the sheets it would be okay. I couldn’t sleep how dirty and the ac was broken

When we arrived the front desk (couple) were discussing money and who owed what. They were cursing. They were not professional with their greeting or check in process. The overall condition of the property was dirty and poor. The rooms had stuff on the wall, mirrors were streaky and smudges, wood floors were warped, and the duvet covers had burn marks in them. Thankfully i was only there to sleep because this was the worst place i have stayed in.

The room stink and both faucets ran water all the time

Room was big but did not smell good. Wasn't a cigarette smoke smell but something else that never went away. Mattress was very bad and sunken in the middle. Water stains on the ceiling and moldy caulking all the way around the tub and shower. Shower was very disappointing but that might have just been a bad showerhead.

The first night my 15 yr old daughter and myself were there, we had a pizza delivered. 5 mins after the delivery our room phone rang with a very inappropriate phone call from what sounded like an older man. This man knew we had food delivered, knew our room number, etc and was asking for sexual pleasure for money. My daughter answered the first time, i answered the second time. I called the front desk. When we checked out days later, the manager told me they put a block on our phone so calls couldnt come in. I didnt know that until we were leaving, so its hard telling how many more calls we would have recien

The price of the room was great! I had a difficult time getting service on arrival but overall it was a good experience. We were told we were in the "sketchy" part of town but we didn't feel unsafe. Overall a good experience.
