This was a very unique experience staying on the yacht. Although we have had a 26 foot sail boat and a 22 foot camper we pretty much knew what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised with this yacht experience. From the very start the communication with the host was excellent. Answered all my questions and concerns within 24 hours. We were met at the yacht by the host who explained how everything worked. There was electricity, plenty of water for showers, and a "real" toilet! (not the usual boat head), air conditioning, TV which included Netflix, internet and Keurig coffee maker with some pods. Many extras were also provided which aren't always at a rental. Extra paper towel, TP, foil, baggies, some spices except salt and pepper. A few games and puzzle were also there to play at the table. The stern of the boat was pretty large and made for a great sitting area. The host had sprayed for mosquitos and ticks. Over all we had a very enjoyable week. Still waiting for the tide to come in!! I would not recommend for more than 2 guests and they should be somewhat agile for getting in and out of the yacht. It was a very quiet setting.

This is a unique gem! The place is very clean and more spacious than you think. The host is responsive and considerate. A perfect getaway that includes all the essentials.

Such a unique place to stay. So much fun for kids and adults as well!

One of several unique residential experiences (yacht, lighthouse, silo) set in serene Maine woods but easily accessible by car on Maine route 302. Helpful owner greeted us when we arrived. Well furnished Even a Kurig. Bring your own sheets and blankets. We plan to visit again.
