Enjoy time with your friends and family in a brand new, quiet neighborhood or drive a minute to The Village at Heritage to indulge in the best coffee, shop, or eat at the multiple restaurants. Scarlet House is across the street from Torraine Lake hiking trails and down the street from the ACHE campus. The Scarlet House was designed with the intention of creating a space for you to enjoy all that Fort Smith has to offer.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house near Chaffee Crossing. It is well-appointed and clean. Beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were simple. My only caveat - When looking at all possible properties, the Google map showed the property being in a higher-end neighborhood a little over a mile away from the actual neighborhood prior to booking, then once booked, it showed up in the correct neighborhood. It is still a nice neighborhood, but not as nice or as convenient as the one I was expecting based on the Google map location on the listing prior to booking.
