This cottage has recently been purchased by the owners and has been lovingly refurbished and remodelled prior to rental in January 2024. Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge diner with new corner sofa (for 5), large SMART TV, feature stove (electric not log) and large bifold doors across the width of the lounge opening onto the patio and BBQ area. There is a large dining table and refurbished kitchen with plenty of equipment for 5 and includes dishwasher, washer, new fridge freezer etc as well as a Tassimo coffee machine (guest to supply pods). Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king bedroom with en-suite shower room (and a glimpse of the sea) with a further second bedroom with double bed and single bed above (bunk style) . There is a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower off the second bedroom. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required). We leave a few games for our guests to use.
