Guest Access: You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. The Neighborhood: Here, you'll be right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's vibrant hotel zone! Getting Around: The property is approximately 6 km | 3.5 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there is parking onsite, which is first come, first served. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home!
