About this house rental
Just minutes from Hunter Mountain ski area, beautiful hikes, Catskill Mountain views and one block from some of the best restaurants & shopping in town! This beautifully designed custom home offers luxurious amenities, including a full chef’s kitchen, heated floors, fire place, pool table, entertainment system, outdoor kitchen with stove, bbq, pizza oven, fire pit & hot tub. Perfect for friends and family, and less than 3 hours away from Manhattan!
The space
Green Mountain Tavern is a brand new log home finished in 2022 that provides all of the amenities you could ask for. It is the perfect setting for friends and family to enjoy peace and tranquility. Stargaze outside at the fire pit while making s'mores or put your culinary skills to work while preparing pizza at the outdoor wood-burning pizza oven. The large back patio and dining table are the perfect hang out spots to enjoy some home cooked meals from the BBQ. Warm up in the hot tub (available year round) during the winter months after a day on the slopes!
Indoor open floor plan includes a large chefs kitchen with high end appliances, large bedrooms that include everything you need for a comfortable stay, and luxury Carrera marble bathrooms that add a touch of industrial chic to relax and unwind in. The family room is fully equipped with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), a pool table, and full entertainment system, including a PlayStation for the kids (or adults)!

Guests have access to the entire home, except for the locked garage. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their property and keep the outdoor noise down from 10 PM - 8 AM.

Marble bathrooms, custom wood work, heated flooring throughout, full outdoor entertaining area complete with pizza oven and bbq. Outdoor hot tub and fire pit. This home offers early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee.

great place for the family to spend a long weekend. house is as pictured if not better. the outdoor grill area is highly functional. kitchen is large, easy for a lot of people to move around. Pool table in the living room is a great activity.

House was spacious and beautiful. Great hot tub that was perfect for apre ski. The heated floors were an extra treat as outside temps were frigid during our visit.

We had the most beautiful time. The house was perfect plenty of room. It was very nice having everything on one floor. Kitchen was huge outdoor kitchen was magnificent. Hot tub was great. Fire pit was perfect. We had the greatest time. We’ll be going there again.
