This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our 1st time stay in Venice. Spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, modern, and great location! Room had views of the Venice alley ways and canal, pretty cool! We took a private boat that pulled right up to the lobby, also very cool! Staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this place!
