Staff were great!!! We had difficulty using the Christ option in the room and made it a priority to get it fixed. I also had to make a call a couple of times and they were gracious to let me use their phone!!

Very clean and spacey rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, close to a lot of attractions and we loved afternoon pastries they had in front desk.

Wonderful staff. Treated us like family. Amazing location. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear the neighbors but otherwise perfect stay.

Hotel is just outside the historic centre which means it’s quieter at night but 5mins walk and you’re in the centre. Hotel is very clean, staff helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Love the selection of fruit and the homemade granola at breakfast. Nice touches in the room such as the slippers. Would stay here again if I go back to ghent
