We just arrived in Italy and an agent called to tell us that the Apartment is no more available and the solution they gave us was to accept a change with other Apartment which is in the same area… being already in the area, we had no other option for that day.
I mention that we choose the Apartment because we liked it in pictures and the new option was very different, not a positive way.
The communication was easy and good. We called the company for the difference of money and we seen that Expedia took a very big amount of money for this reservation…
When we arrived, we had to buy many uzual things (kitchen țowel, detergent etc)… but they told us to take the garbage out, without having special bags for garbage and we should take the garbage out in the City center, which is not correct - we have not paid less in order to do this. And in many years of travelling the world, this is the first time when I have to take the garbage in my vacation. Also, the towels should be put in the Washing machine, i dont know, maybe also us should wash them….
The beds were confortabile, the doors not closing better and the noices from outside very high - but I have not other expectations because is the City CENTER.
Not very satisfied.
We left there our detergent and kitchen towells bought by us and you can serve the next clients with all necessarities
