Very comfortable and clean, walking distance from the centre. The hotel has an amazing restaurant which I would highly recommend. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable.
During the night you can hear people around but it stops after 11pm so not so much to worry about.

This was one of our favorite hotels of the 11 we stayed in across Georgia. Beautiful old house converted to a hotel. We had a large room, king size bed with bathtub. It was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Great shower as well. Only it was very dark by the sink and shower. The breakfast platter was exceptional - small bites of many things. And the coffee, made how you like, was fantastic. We also loved the pool, very peaceful and despite the ugly building being built next door, is it really a lovely spot. Also plenty of space to relax in the garden.
There is no parking, so you have to find yourself. The staff were very helpful with organizing the payment as it goes via an app that we could not access. The lighting in the shower and by the sink could be better, it was very dark.

It’s a small boutique hotel in the center of town. It is very well designed. The staff are very very nice and helpful.
It’s an excellent 3 star hotel. The breakfast is good. The restaurant in the hotel (Doli) serves great Georgian food and excellent local wines. Definitely the best in Kutaisi and its surrounding. Definitely recommended if you stay in the area
The shower doesn’t have the best pressure
