Mixed feeling here - beautifully located property that was cold and provided no confort or rest at night

Perfect location

The Aircon was not working the first night. After fixing, the aircon was leaking water and there was water on the floor when I stepped down from the bed to use the bathroom before midnight- used towels to soak the water

Great stay

Location is fantastic. Apartment is well appointed, comfortable & has everything you may need. Check in Instructions were sent well ahead of time.

The AC did not work & it was pretty cold. The QR code gave me issues at the main door every now and then but they have a 24/7 front desk - they assisted most of the time.

Rude hosts,broken aircon, wouldn't recommend

The self check in was easy and security was helpful to explain

Hosts were very rude, the air con was broken forcing me to leave the space for three days.Construction was loud during the day. They denied a refund for the freezing days and refused my request to have just one more hour to checkout despite their inconveniences.
