The property location is just the heart of the city center . Danube river bridge are just 10 foot step from the building . You can reach to the beautiful & gorgeous parliament building within 5-10 minutes by walking . All restaurants, coffee shops , deserts parlours are within the walk-in distance . Absolutely great and convenient location
Second thing I have to mention is the host. She is super cooperative, helpful and supported us a lot with all necessary arrangements. She is not the owner , but I should she is wonderful host I ever experienced in any su ch stays
The building is quite old, and as a family of four, we experienced some discomfort during our four-day stay.
1. Bathrooms: The apartment has two bathrooms. One has a bathtub that is unusually high and very difficult to get into. I am 168 cm tall, and even for me it was quite difficult and uncomfortable to step inside. As a result, all four of us had to use the other bathroom, which has a standing shower. However, the shower area does not have proper water drainage, so every time we took a shower, water spread across the bathroom floor and even flowed outside the bathroom. We had to clean up the water after every shower.
2. Beds: The beds are large, but unfortunately, they are extremely hard. Some of us experienced back discomfort during the stay.
3. Kitchen: The kitchen does not have a proper spatula for cooking, and the frying pans is already damaged, which makes cooking inconvenient.
The kitchen sink was extremely dirty and had heavy stains that appeared to be difficult or impossible to remove.
5. Refrigerator: The fridger had some issues, and the doors are not functioning properly.
6. Number of rooms: The apartment mentioned that it has three bed rooms, but in reality, we found it to be more like 2.5 rooms. The third room has a large pillar/structural obstruction in the middle, which makes it difficult to access and use the bed properly. In our opinion, the third bedroom is not really suitable for an adult to sleep comfortably.
Overall, although the apartment has some positive aspects, the above issues made our four-day stay less comfortable than we expected. We recommend that these issues be addressed, particularly the bathroom drainage, bed comfort, kitchen equipment, refrigerator, and the way the number of rooms is advertised.

We had a couple of issues during our stay with the bed linen and the kitchen sink, but the host responded immediately, took responsibility and handled everything professionally.
Communication was excellent throughout, and they genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring we were satisfied.
Issues can happen anywhere, and for me, what really matters is how they are handled. In this case, the host was responsive, fair and took full responsibility.
I really appreciate the way everything was handled and would happily recommend them. Thank you!
