This is the fourth time I am staying there, is very accessible to and from Gatwick, and also you can get direct trains to London Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction.
All trains take about 15 mins tops.
You also have Boxpark across the road which is full of restaurants and they different events they carry out.
Even though we arrived early hours of the morning getting the key was easy.
The beds are very comfortable the view was amazing.
We did request for additional kitchen towels and bin bags and tablets for the dishwasher and they were very accommodating.
Also there is a washing machine and dryer which comes very handy!
Overall cleanliness is very good, however it can be improved and that is based on small details that I have observed around the property.
And some wear the tear that can be repairs to make the apartment look even better.

Perfect location just infront of the station , perfect view , nice comfortable bedrooms
1-Checking in must walk 1 kilometer to get the keys while they inform me 1 night before ! Which is horrible to anyone just arriving fm a long way flight !
2-Lack of privacy
3-unprofessional management & lack of communication
4-some equipments isn’t working
5-I’ve sent to the property all my complaints & completely ignore it without any reply
