Quiet location undercut by missing amenities — no AC or tumble dryer despite both being advertised.

No breakfast

Stayed at Dorset Lodge Flat 3 in July 2026 — no air conditioning and no tumble dryer, despite both being listed in the booking. That's a real problem for a group in summer heat with laundry needs, and it wasn't a minor oversight. The location itself was quiet, but the gap between what was advertised and what was actually provided was frustrating enough that we had to escalate directly to Booking.com. Worth booking elsewhere unless the host can confirm amenities are genuinely in place.

We very much enjoyed our stay despite the slightly shaky start!

Spacious.

The property wasn’t ready at the time we agreed. The host messaged to tell us only 15 mins before we were due to arrive. We had to wait an hour to gain access. Thankfully it wasn’t raining so we could sit in the courtyard garden. The cleaner was very apologetic.

This is a great apartment, well appointed and in a great location:

The house was very well appointed and comfortable.

It could have been beneficial to have some cleaning products at the house for the bathroom and the kitchen sink. We wanted to clean the place before we left but didn’t have the materials. We did the best we could to leave the place clean and tidy for you.

A lovely little apartment in a peaceful and residential neighbourhood

The apartment was immaculate. It was comfortable and had every thing we needed for our stay.

Nothing really.
