Supi Urlaub 🔥

Super leise, tolle Umgebung. Hübsche Wohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung. 15 Minuten bis zum Zentrum manchmal anstrengend, aber voll machbar. Liebe und freundliche Vermieterin. Besonders der kleine Sitzsack in der Ecke hat mich sehr erfreut. Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft!

Die Spinnen im Fenster (aber es gibt Fliegengitter, das ist super). Es gab eine steile Treppe, die für Senior:innen eine Barriere darstellen könnte. Ich weiß nicht, ob das in der Beschreibung stand, vielleicht habe ich das Detail überlesen. Jedenfalls hat meine 80-jährige Omi dieses Hindernis trotzdem gut gemeistert. :)

Schöne Landschaft, ruhige Lage, FeWo war uns entschieden zu dreckig.

Ruhige Lage inmitten hoher Bäume, Balkon, Parkplatz und Fahrradschuppen direkt am Objekt, Ostseestrand nur wenige Minuten erreichbar, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Fahrradverleih und Gastronomie auch alles auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen, durch den traumhaft schönen Darßwald fährt man bequem in 40 Minuten zum Weststrand

Eingangstür dreckig, großer Fleck (Hundeschiss?) auf einer Treppenmatte. Tischläufer mit Kaffeerändern und Krümeln, als Deko ein rostiger Metall-Obstkorb. In anderen FeWo´s steht ein Willkommensgruß auf dem Tisch...Metallschrauben in der Wand für´s Telefon, ging aber nicht einzuhängen. Das Sofa durchgesessen und fleckig, Kondome unter dem Polster, Sofadecke fleckig und kaputt (Löcher), Fernbedienung kaputt, Batterien mit Klebeband befestigt. Schwarze Hundehaare auf und ein alter Lippenpflegestift hinter der Matratze im ausgezogenem Kastenbett. Wir haben den Kasten eingeschoben, weil die Matratze total durchgelegen war. Darunter war eine zentimeterdicke Staubschicht...eckelhaft. Der vorhanden Stausauger hat extrem gestunken...noch eckelhafter. Bad: Eine angefangene Klorolle für 10 Tage/2Personen. Duschsockel staubig, Türelement kalkverkrustet. Mit einer dicken Staubschicht lag ein oller Schlüpper hinter der Waschmaschine. Der obere Auszug vom Nachtschrank im Spitzboden war kaputt. Spitzboden / Schlafzimmer ohne Brandmelder. Die zwei Dachfenster waren sehr dreckig, hauptsächlich die Rahmen. Der Balkon beherbergt Laub aus vergangenen Perioden. Die Hausverwalterin hatte Haare auf den Zähnen, hat jedoch die schlimmsten Krümel hier und da weggesaugt, die Spinnweben weggewedelt und den Balkon etwas gekehrt. Danke hierfür.
