This was our second visit to the hotel, We especially like the location, close to the Phrae Provincial Administrative Organization Stadium where we attend events. Additionally there is good street opposite packed with good bars and restaurants. Although being old the place has a charm about it and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was more than adequate. The pool looks good but did not have the time to use it.
Thought the price was a little high for the standard of accommodation but perhaps this is because we booked for a Saturday night. Perhaps one of the reasons I have not used the pool is because on both occasions we have stayed there is children's swimming lessons being held in the afternoon.

The beds were comfortable. Good size room. Staff very helpful. Not Buffet breakfast as advertised but American Breakfast was ok.
Had a step into the bath to have a shower and being part disabled I could not step in.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. Very central and close to the bus station. The breakfast was very limited, but adequate for my needs. The rooms are a little tired but they are clean and comfortable. There is no bar at the hotel, but there is a vending machine for beer etc. The big plus were the staff, who were very friendly and one spoke perfect English. There was also a very decent swimming pool.
I cannot say that I did not like anything. You get what you pay for in these small Northern towns, and I find it difficult to criticise what is normal for this area
