Perfect room, good AC,good service, value for money, clenleness, bathroom very neat, TV all channels getting. Very very comfortable for families and couples

Very new and clean. Friendly staff (very limited English). Room was generally comfy and bright. We slept well. Location is good. Very good value for money.
Strong chemical smell in the room due to small white cubes that where placed in many locations (not sure what it is). Room was very small. WiFi in our room did initially not work and staff couldn't fix it, but it started to work a couple of hours after check-in.
We didn't find out how to use hot water in our room, but probably staff would have been able to fix (it was generally warm during our stay so the cold water was good enough for a shower).

Location
Torn bedsheets and room was adjoining the Reception, Staff making a loud Conversation which is Very much audible and disturbing.
