The apartment itself is great , lovely area ,not touristy or crowded . Restaurants close by but beware this area is not for ppl with mobility issues.
We used taxis to get around and are cheap enough even to the Valletta although there are buses that run nearby also
Great to have a few supplies of daily items in the apartment, toilet rolls , dishwasher tablets , laundry tablets, coffee , water and a lovely bottle of wine
Towels are included and beds all made up , it is just walk in , unpack and get in that lovely pool !
Pool is not heated but as we went in august it was a great temperature all day and evening. Bigger then we expected at about 18 foot by 12 foot
Aircon - we knew this was a meter (in the room outside with the washing machine) that takes €1 and €2 euros , I can see why it’s a separate charge as they can be left on all day even when not in the apartment, but it is a extra cost you need to plan for. We spent around €25 over 5 days but they were on a lot since it was august.
There is a lift directly to the apartment and a very handy shop right next door with everything you could need and at local prices

We had a ANT problem in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms , they did bring us some ant spray but then the rooms smelt of any spray for a while . It did look like there was ANT treatment already placed in the corner of the kitchen but this really needs looking into as it did tarnish our stay somewhat.
Air con in bedroom two ( without en suite ) was not very good and needs looking into as definitely not working the way it should have and think most of the cost on € was on this machine as just never cooling enough, the rest air con was great although the one in the kitchen looks like there was a leak at some point and could do with tidying up
Main Bathroom - clean enough but could do with a little extra cleaning around the bottom of the shower , crack in toilet seat also should be replaced

We spent 10 wonderful days here, and this was one of those places where you very quickly start to feel at home.
The location is excellent, but the absolute highlight for us was the view. Looking out across the Mediterranean and being able to see Comino and Gozo in the distance every day was simply beautiful. Add the private pool to that, and you have a very special place to spend a holiday. We enjoyed the pool enormously and spent many relaxing hours there.
For us, this penthouse is particularly suitable for couples and for anyone looking for peace, privacy and their own space. There are two separate bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own toilet and shower, which is a very nice feature and also makes the apartment comfortable if two couples are travelling together.
Despite the peaceful location, you don’t necessarily need a rental car here.
There is a bus stop directly next to the apartment, served by bus 101. However, this bus only runs approximately once per hour, so it is worth checking the timetable.
Just a few minutes’ walk away is the “Adenau” bus stop, where there are much more frequent connections. From there, buses run regularly towards Valletta as well as in the other direction towards the beaches and the ferry terminal. We used public transport during our stay and found it perfectly possible to get around without having our own car.
There are also several restaurants within just a few minutes’ walk.
One thing worth knowing if this is your first visit to Malta: the area is hilly – as is the case in many parts of Malta. Walking to the restaurants means going downhill, which of course means walking uphill again on the way back. But we’re only talking about a few minutes, so for us this wasn’t a problem at all.
Another big advantage is the small shop directly on the ground floor of the building. Having somewhere to quickly buy drinks, food and everyday essentials without even having to leave the building is incredibly convenient.

The cost of the air con. For the price point cost the apartment (premium level) should be included really. (Have a better control system to save waste energy) have on timer so it’s free during the night when you want it on most?
No outdoor shower/ outdoor toilet.

Las instalaciones, la ubicacion, las vistas, y sobre todo la atencion recibida por Miriam y su marido para resolver dudas y solucionar un pequeño inconveniente
Que no hubiera al menos unos ventiladores ya que el aire acondicionado era de pago, al menos tener una alternativa gratuita. Que me escribieran desde 3 números distintos preguntandome la hora de mi llegada y al final no se presentara nadie a la hora acordada.
