We were really pleased to secure the accommodation at short notice. The accommodation was spacious and the enclosed rear space was just what we needed for the dogs. House was spacious, bathroom excellent, plenty of parking immediately outside the property. The house is in a commercial area of Pulteney. We visited the nearby Telford's Cafe and couldn't have had a kinder or more generous welcome.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
Whist all essentials were in the house a few kitchen store cupboard extras like some oil would have been helpful.
An explanation of the waste recycling requirements might be useful too. Both we and our neighbours were not sure where glass bottles should have been left.

Clean, well presented and for us a place to park our motorcycles in a locked yard area at the rear of the house. Met the cleaning lady and she was super friendly and recommended good locals pub The Mountain Dew. Old Pulteney Distillery just around the corner.
First impression of the area was of it being a bit run down, but in fact it was fine.

Very roomy, clean and quiet. It was wonderful having 4rooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was pretty well appointed and appliances worked well.
The kitchen could use a few more large bowls (mixing bowl, salad bowl, etc).
A dresser or shelves in the bedrooms would be helpful.
