Très très décevant

L'emplacement, la luminosité et le calme

Les photos du site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Des filtres ont masqué la vétusté de l'appartement. Des petits accessoires de décoration contemporains font illusion. Le sol de l'appartement est très abimé, tâché et sale. Dans la chambre à coucher, il n'y a qu'un seul rideau (arraché) sur les deux, ce qui veut dire que l'intérieur de l'appartement est visible par les voisins d'en face. Les "oreillers" sont des coussins trop volumineux et durs. Dans la salle de bains, le sol de la douche est vétuste et le débit de l'eau est très insuffisant. Un seul rouleau de papier WC pour deux personnes pour trois jours, c'est insuffisant. Dans la cuisine, il y a de la poussière en de nombreux endroits. l' "éponge" est sale. Pas de torchon pour les mains. Un rouleau d'essuie-tout pourrait être proposé. Le détecteur de fumées n'est pas fixé au plafond ! Il est posé sur la chaudière. Dans le salon, le canapé n'est pas confortable ; il est tâché, vieillot et a un trou de cigarette. De nombreuses ampoules du plafonnier ne fonctionnent pas. La réception du signal télé est très chaotique. L'image se fige très souvent ou le son n'est pas audible. Une prise électrique est mal fixée au mur et les triplettes s'accumulent sur les prises, ce qui ne correspond pas aux normes de sécurité attendues dans un logement locatif.
