I think it would be okay at a quiet time of year.

The staff was really nice and incredibly helpful. The restaurant within the complex was good, and the staff was excellent. They were very kind and their communication was fantastic.

The apartment is part of a complex that attracts very loud and drunk people for vacation/party. People were up until very late playing music and yelling. The place was clean, but they used an intense amount of bleach prior to arrival, and the smell lasted our entire stay. We came on a long weekend, and I think that makes the situation with the drinking and partying worse.

No sábado (11/04/2026), entrei no quarto da hospedagem por volta do meio-dia. Após isso, saí para a praia e também para atividades de turismo. Ao retornar ao quarto por volta das 19:00, tentei tomar banho para retirar a areia e o sal do corpo, momento em que percebi um problema no chuveiro — simplesmente não saía água. Entrei em contato com o anfitrião responsável, Max, para buscar uma solução. Max informou que acionaria o sistema para que alguém viesse verificar o problema, mas, por ser sábado à noite, não havia previsão de atendimento. Também questionei a possibilidade de troca de quarto, porém fui informado de que isso não seria possível. Na prática, a orientação recebida foi aguardar e lidar com a situação. Somente no dia seguinte (12/04/2026), por volta das 09:30 da manhã, um encanador compareceu e realizou um reparo parcial, o que permitiu utilizar o chuveiro. Resumindo: permaneci cerca de 15 horas em uma pousada de praia sem acesso a um serviço básico — banho — mesmo após retornar da praia, com areia e sal no corpo. Do ponto de vista do consumidor, trata-se de uma falha na prestação do serviço. Um item essencial do quarto (chuveiro com água) não estava funcionando, o que compromete diretamente o uso normal da hospedagem. Em situações assim, espera-se que o estabelecimento: • resolva o problema com urgência compatível com a necessidade do hóspede; • ou ofereça uma alternativa imediata, como a troca de quarto equivalente ou superior; • ou, caso não seja possível resolver prontamente, proponha compensações, como abatimento no valor da diária ou reembolso proporcional. Nenhuma dessas alternativas foi oferecida ou sequer mencionada pelo anfitrião. Essa situação prejudicou de forma relevante a experiência da estadia, gerando desconforto e impacto negativo nas férias, o que não deveria ocorrer em um serviço de hospedagem.
