Molt bona qualitat/preu. El personal és molt amable i t'ajuda en el que calgui, es nota que es preocupen pels hostes. Ells mateixos em va organitzar una ruta d'un dia en easyrider i l'autobús fins a Hoi An. Està net i l'esmorzar és bo (les begudes no estan incloses). Ben situat a prop de tot.

Fantastic team, excellent hostel with a lovely social atmosphere! The breakfasts were great too! I met amazing people here and the family dinners were a highlight! Stayed here for a month. Fantastic all round.

Unkomplizierter Check In - mit geringer Gebühr von 30k auch morgens schon. Zimmergröße in Ordnung, durch die Vorhänge gute Privatsphäre. Steckdose und Licht am Bett. Schließfach/Stauraum, Bettwäsche gut. Zimmer und Bad weitesgehend sauber. Frühstück von einer Karte auszuwählen. Alles gut, wenn auch nicht zwingend sättigend wie bei einem Buffet. Eierspeisen mit etwas Obst am Teller. French Toast und Spiegeleier zu empfehlen.
Zimmer leider etwas zu kühl, Dusche braucht lange zum warm werden und ist auch dann nicht heiß. Man bekommt hin und wieder was von der Lautstärke mit.
Habe nach der Buchung von 2 auf 3 Nächte geändert und dies nur auf WhatsApp bestätigt bekommen trotz Anfrage auf booking und nochmaligen Bitten es auf booking anzunehmen. Bezahlt wird bar - ohne Quitting.
Das No-Go für mich ist der Umgang mit der Situation gewesen. Die Familie kann ja noch so lieb und freundlich sein. Aber es verliert halt an Seriosität, wenn sie nicht durchgreift wo jedes Hostel anders gehandelt hätte nur weil der störende Gast ja eine Fake Freundlichkeit aufzeigt, schon bezahlt hat und auch fürs Dinner extra bezahlte. Das Mädel im Zimmer hatte einfach alle Dreistigkeiten die es im Hostel gibt an den Tag gelegt. Lautes und langes telefonieren im Raum (mit einer btw super kranken Story - mit dem immer wiederholenden Wort f.ck), trinkte Alkohol im Bett, esste mitten in der Nacht Chips, rauchte den ganzen Tag durchgehend ihre Vape und am Fenster auch einen Joint. Dafür gibt es keine Ausrede. Es ist Fakt und die Besitzerin tat so als hätte sie nix gerochen mit dem Kommentar sie würde wissen wie es riecht. Machte später noch Witze mit diesem Gast, i know you didnt do anything ^^ absolutes No Go. Jeder einzelne Punkt ist gegen die Hausregel und trotz Verwahnung machte sie mit allem weiter.
