Kitchen space-well equipped and bread, milk, welsh cheese & butter added a nice touch.
Main double/twin rooms-spacious and carpeted.
Location-I between both beaches and 5mins from local pub.
Layout-lounge and dining room back to front, and not very comfortable, and work needing doing.
Outside-small space to sit out front, but old furniture, dead potted plants and no back.
Parking-one space, but small and difficult to maneuver into.
Damp smell to property.
No washing machine.
