The granny flat was spacious and had all the little extra touches that made it feel like a home rather than just accommodation. The provisions for making hot drinks offered plenty of variety and the breakfast options were great too, including gluten free bread and cereal. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a continental style left in the room (cereal, bread, condiments etc). The muesli was really nice! There was a range of teas, coffees and a coffee machine with pods as well. Absolutely fine for what we wanted & were paying. Place was completely self-contained & had everything we would need. Beds were really comfortable, and it was a stand alone property close to where we wanted to be, and walking distance to shops / town etc.

This is being very picky: * Driveway was a little hard to negotiate in a big car, but that was stated on the webpage that big cars may have an issue and provisions can be set. * Was a little cold in bed, but there were extra blankets in the cupboard.

Location was a lot further than the center of town was hopping to walk after a long drive but it was way to far and had to drive

Car parking was poor and to small for a ute wide enough but to short and hard to back out of a many point turn . My ute is just a standard one not one of those new huge ones
