I had a really great stay here in Jaipur. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need, including a fridge that worked perfectly, excellent air conditioning, and a comfortable layout that matched the photos exactly. The building also had a washing machine on a different level, which was very convenient, and the top balcony was a really nice bonus. For the price, it was honestly great value and located in a very convenient area.
The standout of this stay was definitely the host. He went above and beyond, despite heavy traffic, he kindly took us to the grocery store which took nearly 1.5–2 hours, and he was incredibly patient the entire time. He also took us around Jaipur at night when we first arrived, even though he was meant to head home. His generosity and hospitality were truly exceptional and made the experience so much better. Honestly, I couldn’t fault him at all.
If I had to mention a few minor downsides, the apartment can be quite noisy during the day and early evening as it’s located right next to a main road, so there’s constant traffic noise.
The hot water only lasts a few minutes before turning cold, and there isn’t a proper drying area which can be a little inconvenient. The water supply was available and clean, although slightly inconsistent at times, so I opted for bottled water.
The pool wasn’t in use during winter, and the gym is on the smaller side with limited equipment, a working treadmill, a few dumbbells, and a bench press and could benefit from a bit more upkeep. That said, these facilities are managed by the building rather than the host. Also, payment is required in cash as they don’t accept online payments, so it’s best to come prepared.

The room was very good. Besides the fridge having some leftovers, the room was pretty clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. I was pretty happy with the cleanliness of the sheets and pillows too. The couch was very comfortable and the TV had netflix. The room wasn't too noisy even though it was next to the street. It was really good that it was right next to a 24hr ATM machine and there were security guards so it felt safe.
I hoped that the host could have told us that we needed to sign in with the guard and fill our details on the book. We arrived at the place and we didn't know what was happening until another tenant translated for us and told us about the process.

The property is near to the railways station and you get easy transport to anywhere you wish to visit. The studio is clean and staff is helpful

Landlord’s insistence on my ID, which I am not is protected or not. Three people had to see my ID, not very kosher.
