Un apartamento que lo tiene todo., y es espacioso

Imposible dormir por debido al mal cerramiento d ela vivienda

Me gusto el diseño del apartamento y la distribucion

Este apartamento tiene un problema enorme que es el excesivo ruido que se oye en cualquiera de las estancias de la casa, con ventanas y persianas cerradas, es imposible dormir. Tendrian que hacer una inversion para insonorizar, porque sientes como si lo coches pasaran dentro de la habitación. No hay diferencia entre ventanas abiertas y cerradas.

Intolerable. Amenazante y agresivo.

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy ruidosa tanto por la carretera como por el taller que tiene debajo. El acceso a la vivienda no cumple los requisitos mínimos de higiene y seguridad, el ancho de la escalera no permite subir con una maleta al lado, no tiene luz y hay restos de cucarachas. Es un piso muy caluroso y solo tiene un aparato de aire en el salón que pierde agua y terminó haciendo un gran charco en el suelo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear con numerosos rincones y muebles sucios y la aparición de pequeñas cucarachas en el baño. El menaje de cocina es ridículo, por ejemplo,solo dispone de dos vasos. Tras solicitar un cambio en el alojamiento por los motivos anteriores fuimos insultados por los propietarios que aparecieron en el piso 20 minutos antes de la hora de salida con actitud amenazante y llamando a gritos a los andaluces sinvergüenzas y pillos. Tras pagar esa noche infernal pudimos salir de ese lugar.

El apartamento es muy completo. Para pasar un fin de semana, suficiente . Destacaría la limpieza y la comunicación con la persona que gestiona el alojamiento.

El sofá no es cómodo, está bastante hundido. No está céntrico.

El apartamento es muy completo. Para pasar un fin de semana, suficiente . Destacaría la limpieza y la comunicación con la persona que gestiona el alojamiento.
