- shower needs to be renewed (silicon to stop water gone, wet wood) - smeels always wet - additional exhaust fan needed - only in kitchen area available
the following items has nothing to do with the appartement - just a hint to avoid extra trouble (police/assurance):
- public parking area - TRY TO AVOID - small parking spaces - parking area overfilled all evening
-> our car has now 4 scratches on all sides of the car and additional bumper hit - covered with bad colour by person, who’ve created damage! and scratch from back to forth on driver side - made by key. It makes me angry how other people threat other people’s property without a second thought

The location is perfect if a beach is wheat you want to

Location directly opposite the beach, with a lovely balcony view. The accommodation is well furnished and has everything you would expect, with air conditioning (only) in the kitchen and a couple fans upstairs. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, a Lidl within walking distance, and a cheap direct ferry to the Old Port, where there’s plenty to see and do.
The accommodation is below street level, so there is some noise from traffic and pedestrians, and the nearby bars can be quite loud at night. The shower room had a terrible wet smell that we couldn’t get rid of, hanging towels on the door made them stink too. The smoke alarm went off randomly several times, including during the night, which repeatedly woke us up. The upstairs room gets very hot at night despite using a fan and has a very low ceiling, even for someone short. The wifi was ridiculously slow, you’re better off using data if you need something to load.
