Magical.

Great location. Very nicely appointed and charming and cozy—the latter meaning warm and welcoming, not tiny. And the response by David (?) was so fast to any questions or concerns it was like he was almost sitting right there waiting to answer.

It’s the end of the season so a few fixtures and fittings are showing signs of tiredness and in need of repair.

Perfect quiet and central Location to enjoy Tours

We loved staying at this place in Tours, it was a beautiful staged studio apartment perfect for our needs. It came with everything we needed allowing us to cook ourselves, store items in the fridge and even do a load of washing after weeks of travel. The street the property is on is 2 blocks back from place plumereau, the main street (high street) and an abundance of restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor and no lift so if you have heavy luggage its a bit of a journey but the staircase is wide so it can be done. The apartment is beautifully decorated with an art nouveau/ art deco style which matches the property beautifully. the experience and host were wonderful and the view from the window over the basilica is gorgeous. If you are travelling to Tours, we highly recommend this place to stay. its clean, well maintained, has everything you need for a short or long stay and the location is second to none. We can't recommend highly enough and we stay in Tours for all our trips to France and will be back again.

The stairs were a slight challenge as we had a lot of luggage (travelling for 6 weeks) but it didnt cause any issues.
