The view and room was incredible. Will be recommending the Junior suite with Mountain View to any traveller visiting Krabi. It was clean, furnished beautifully and comes with tonnes of space
I would have preferred if there was a small Gym or exercise room.

Spacious and clean rooms.
The pool and mountain views from the room were magnificent.
The breakfast was good. The mango sticky rice was delicious.
The staff were amazing. Thank you all! From the moment we arrived, they provided excellent customer service and were always responsive to our questions and requests.
A special thanks to Farida, who helped arrange some of our external activities. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.
If I had to mention anything, it would be that the common areas could benefit from air conditioning, as they can get quite warm. Also, the grout at the bottom of the bathroom tiles could use a deep cleaning.

Stunning view, staff friendly and welcoming and a super comfortable bed.
Food and massage were alittle overpriced especially with adding service charge and gov tax on top. Neighbouring room played super loud music very late so room wasn’t that soundproof.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional—very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely stay here again.
I would especially like to thank Myeye at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She always greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to help with anything I needed. I would also like to thank the other ladies at the reception, whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. They were all equally kind, friendly, and helpful, and together they made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality and excellent customer service truly made my stay memorable.
