The highlight of our stay was being upgraded to a room facing the pyramids! It was such a wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kindness of the people here made the stay even more memorable.
We originally booked a night before our trip to Luxor and another for when we returned. The front desk kindly offered to store our luggage while we were away, but we decided to keep the room for the week so we could leave our things unpacked and organized.
The hotel arranged our airport pickup, and Mustafa waited nearly 30 minutes while we made our way through the crowded customs area. From day one, he was attentive and wanted us to feel comfortable. The staff checked whether we needed our room cleaned or anything else, and when it was time to return to the airport, our ride was ready on time.
The food was amazing! We had chicken, kofta, rice, bread, and fries, followed by a generous and delicious breakfast the next morning. Thank you to the front desk team, the staff who brought food to the rooftop and helped with our luggage, and our driver. You made our time in Giza so much better.
A tip for other visitors to Egypt: arranging a private driver ahead of time can make getting around much less stressful.

Our stay at Soul Pyramid View was fantastic. All the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Our room was even upgraded for free on arrival! A special shoutout to Eslam, who collected us from the airport and was pleasant and helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms were lovely, large beds and a great view!

Excellent location - couldn’t get better!
A little disorganised. Arranged airport pickup took an hour to eventuate and avoid their pyramid guides - such a lovely guy but certainly wasn’t a guide; he didn’t know a thing!
