Overall, the house is beautifully presented with all the amenities one would need for a few days away. The kitchen in well equipped and has everything you need. Each bedroom is comfortable and provides a good night sleep. The road out the front can be a little noisy, but that is the nature of the property. The bathroom is stunning (mind your head).
Host left it to the last minute to give me check in instructions and the lock box code. I asked and I was informed it had already been sent to me when it had not been. When booking a stay away from home, it should be smooth and easy without any stress. However, due to the host's poor communication and last minute instructions, it was stresfull. I also asked if there was an ironing board 6 days before check in and the host did not reply until three days later after I chased them. It is just not the way to deal with guests.

Lovely central location, shops and supermarkets nearby and close to all historic attractions. Property was cosy , quiet and nicely converted- plus a gorgeous (and huge ) bathroom. No problems with access.
Due to the weather it was very warm in the evenings but opening the patio door helped.

Stayed here once before and loved the great location. The top bathroom is lovely and the bath is a great feature. Good amenities in the kitchen.
Unfortunately on our second time staying, our bed linens towels, and pillows were poor quality and smelt very musty as thought they hadn’t been dried properly. We ended up having to air the bedding out the following day to make our sleep more pleasant! We were disappointed as our first stay wasn’t like that. The cleaner (we presume) also let themselves into the property at 08:30 the day we were checking out at 10am. Not the best of experiences especially as our first stay was better!

On the pictures fireplace is active but you can't use it.
We didn't mind as it is summer but it would be disappointing i the winter.
Otherwise loveley place! We are going to be back.
