The pretty family villa Klaudio is located in a small village in the middle of Istria. As soon as you enter the property, you will notice the fantastic swimming pool, which is just what you need to cool off on hot summer days. A large, well-kept garden surrounds the house and offers more than enough space for young and old to play. Spend cheerful barbecue evenings with family and friends at the outdoor dining table and enjoy a stress-free time together.
The interior of Villa Klaudio welcomes you with its warm, homely atmosphere. Wooden beams and a fireplace make the fully equipped kitchen with dining area feel cozy. The kitchen is located on the second floor and is connected to the charming living room. Here you will also find three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an enclosed terrace with a wooden dining table and table football. On the first floor there is a tavern with a small kitchen and barbecue, as well as a bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Villa Klaudio offers enough space for up to 8+2 people who would like to spend a relaxing vacation. In addition to the swing for the youngest guests, a foosball table and darts provide the necessary entertainment. The four-legged family members are also very welcome here.

Tinjan is a small romantic town known for its historic houses and numerous family taverns. Stroll through the narrow streets of the town or enjoy the beautiful view of the peaks of the green hills. We recommend you try traditional Istrian dishes such as fuzi with truffles, pljukanci or one of the best prosciutto in the world. Tinjan and its surroundings are famous for smoked ham, the tradition of which has been preserved. Don't miss out on visiting the towns on the coast such as Porec, Rovinj, Pula and Opatija. If you are a nature lover, visit the Brijuni National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches or take a walk across the island, where there is also a zoo. Villa Klaudio is located in an ideal location from which you can easily reach all the natural beauties and sights.
