Apartment Laura lies on the first floor of a family house in Spadici, a suburb of Porec. Nearby there are beautiful pebble beaches, restaurants, shops, cafes, and petrol station. The house was built in 1975 and the apartment was renovated in 2023. Guests have a parking space and a barbecue at their disposal. The discreet owners live on the ground floor of the house.
Holiday apartment for 6 guests consists of air-conditioned living room, dining room and kitchen with large balcony. On the other side of the air-conditioned hallway are three bedrooms with double bed and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
