House Katti is a charming holiday home located on the edge of place Murine, distance only 3 km from Umag and 2,6 km from the beaches.
For gourmand, only few kilometres from the house there are quality restaurants and konobas (typical Istrian taverns), top vintner and olive oil producers, and for the sports fan Murine is the perfect starting point to reach the water sports, tennis fields, ATP stadium, golf course and bicycle and trekking trail Parenzana. On its own, partially enclosed, property at the guests’ disposal there is an outdoor swimming pool, covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue with sitting set, parking for 2 vehicles.
The discreet house owners live in the other half of the house with separate entrance and private parking, so guests enjoy their full privacy.
This ground-floor holiday home for 4-6 guests, with a total living area of 93 sqm consists of living area with access to the covered terrace and pool, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom/toilet, study with a two guests` pull out sleeping sofa, double bedroom and shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
