Place is clean, size is good for the group. Staff's response via WhatsApp was fast and prompt when we noticed there was no toilet paper in the unit. Staff was also very nice to offer 2 free parking lots instead of 1 offered during booking.
The lifts were terribly slow. 3 out of 4 lifts are working and with huge groups checking in, the lifts are basically jammed up, which means folks accessing via carpark is not able to get up. We've got to go down to ground level before heading up. Many guests staying in the property commented the same thing when inside the lift, with a group commented that the problem is so bad that they had to walk down via the stairs from lvl 41, just cos all the lifts that head up were alrdy filled when the doors open.
Guests above us were rowdy the entire night. We can hear the banging and stomping throughout the night, though no fault of the host.

Love the cleanliness and the view from the house.

The property is in a great location. However, we found that a lot of important information was missing, such as how to use the hot water and details about room service and other amenities.
The lift was a nightmare—it took another 15 minutes just to reach the correct floor.
