We booked this as we were catching up with friends who live at the other end of the country to us. It was a perfect combination of space and facilities. The location was good in a quite business park and the two room apartment provided us plenty of individual space.
The radiator in the upstairs bathroom did not work, which was a minor inconvenience, and when we brought it to the attention of reception, they said it was a common occurrence so would suggest they change them.

The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. Ours had a dishwasher as well. It was the little touches like soaps and body products that we appreciated
The location was great for us with lots of parking available.
The reception was manned at all times which was great and when we had to phone before hand the phone was answered and the lady was very helpful.
The mattresses were very hard and not comfortable.
The sofa was really uncomfortable as well unfortunately and very low down for my disabled mum.

Clean and got everything you need in it
Sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on! And with three of us it wasn’t easy to be comfortable.
Blinds broken and window ill fitting, and shower which is part of the bath wasn’t working
