Great location and cozy but watch out the street noise

About the property and location in general - it’s absolutely the same as the photos and perfectly fits the needs. Everything is new, in great condition, very nice furniture and equipment. The location was amazing, very centric, close to everything.

Unfortunately, the property at night was almost impossible to sleep. The noise from the street was so loud I had very hard time to fall asleep, although the flat was on the 5th floor it felt as if the people were right next to me. This was very strange for me as the property’s location is in a back street, not in the most crowded area. Also, the mechanism of the window wasn’t completely closing in one of the rooms, which also caused inconvenience. On another hand, there were very tiny ants in the kitchen and at some places around the house. Though they were really tiny, I caught some over my food and stuff or even on my skin sometimes and it was not pleasant. Something that doesn’t depend on the property particularly, but affected our stay was a malfunction of the elevator. We couldn’t “call” it from the 5th floor, so we always needed to go down to the 4th one to catch it. It did work the other way around though (you could ride up to the fifth floor). To finish, the last day of our stay the elevator went completely off + the electricity was also down, so we had to climb the stairs. It went off once again at night although it was back in a bit, but I had to wash my teeth with the light of my phone.

LOUD FOR ALL HOURS OF THE DAY

The location was great.

What the advertisement critically excludes is that this apartment is in the middle of three construction sites - the floor above, the next door unit and other units in the complex. This meant that of each of our three night stay we were woken up by hammering, drilling, sawing, jackhammering construction noise at 7:30am (including Saturday!) This construction noise was relentless- it didn’t stop all day until 5/6pm in the evening and is so loud and intrusive that you cannot reasonably hold a conversation without yelling at someone one foot away. Once the construction noise ceases for the day - the neighbours conversations, dinner table and singing practice can be heard with such specificity it is like you are in the room with them. There is absolutely no soundproofing, privacy or enjoyable space, really at any time of the day.

Good place for a 1-2 night stay.

The location, the spaciousness of the apartment and the view of the fortress.

The duvet seemed to be washed but no dried; so it smelled bad. There was a washmachine but no dryer or drying rack. The bathroom towel was old. There is a nightclub right next to the apartment building so you won’t be able to sleep on weekends. No coffee machine. The handwash and “shampoo” was the same. So, there was no real shampoo or bodywash.

Posizione molto centrale. Permette di uscire a piedi la sera e trovarsi a 3 min da tutti i principali locali e ristoranti e tornare la notte senza paura. Molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Lenzuola, asciugamani doccia e viso, utensili da cucina, un piccolo kit per le faccende domestiche ( svelto, pezza, spugna e buste per la spazzatura ) da aprire al momento d’utilizzo. Inoltre è presente un phone dotato di beccuccio e aria condizionata sia nel soggiorno che in stanza per stare super freschi.

Gli asciugamani sono contati e vengono cambiati dopo 4 gg. Data questa possibilità, che permette di alleggerire le valigie, sarebbe stato più comodo se fossero stati cambiati almeno ogni 2.

Lo que más me agradó de la estancia fue el baño, muy bonito y muy limpio

Lo que menos me gustó de la estancia fue que era un quinto piso y no pudimos utilizar el ascensor en toda nuestra estancia. Tampoco funcionaba la puerta del portal, por lo que entraba cualquiera allí.
