Receptionist / owner easy to contact and very helpful. Guy at receptionist is helpful he helps with our luggage and kindly assist to our room. Place is clean, safety is good with card access and password code at door, room is clean, most important is view very nice my room is at level 7, can direct see fireworks show every night. Apartment is not far from cable cars , beach and food place, easy to get grab and tuktuk. Shower gel and handwash has nice perfume. Also equipt with refrigerator, nice tv netflix, microwave, can cook also (small cook)
My shower place got some blockage a bit.

The apartment was quite unclean when we arrived. The most significant issue was the mold all over the showers and the dirty/greasy kitchen. By the looks of things, the guests are expected to clean as they leave, but if they don't there isn't much of an effort by the staff to follow with a deep clean.
We requested additional cleaning which was provided, but first impressions last.
