perfect location with a tram stop 200m out the front, close to the beach.

The apartment was perfect for 2 colleagues to stay and work for a couple of hours. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable and the apartment sparkling clean. It included so many amenities including a gym, pool, full kitchen and was extremely conveniently located - close to the beach and a stones throw to the new light rail.

Great views out to the ocean - we even saw whales from bed! Easy access with parking available and lots of space within the modern apartment. Loved the gym access and the pool looked lovely, although a bit cool for our stay. Only 5 minute walk to the beach!
We overall had a great stay and would still come back but a couple of things could be improved. The fan in the master bed and rubbish bin weren’t working correctly. We didn’t have a scrubbing brush to clean dishes which made things a little difficult to make sure they were clean once used!

Proximity to light rail was excellent. Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. Sea view was adequate.
Asked to be moved to a north facing apartment as south facing apartments don't get direct sunlight and in spring time are very exposed to a south wind (might be preferable in summer but probably not as a new tower under construction will block the views to the SE). Didn't get to move apartments in the 7 nights we were there, shame.
