Location, has a perfect scenery, really beautiful... at least that was ok.
Unfortunately, having a house offered at these prices, one would never expect it would not have A/C in the rooms, quite unnaceptable, it is only suited with fans. You should be advised, rooms are hot and one (main room) specially has little to none outside ventilation, plus no A/C. At this price level, simply there is no excuse. In addition, it lacks deep cleaning of windows screen and mosquito nets these have a thick layer of dust. Probably the strangest of all is the WC sitting at the middle of the main living room, it seems a strange choice, also verylittle furniture items, terrace wise, no seating option. Last but not least the pool cleaning standard is quite low, finding even slime atbottom of the pool in various areas. So.. if you can justify all of the above for the view.
