We stayed at this property for quite a long time and were very pleased with our experience. Although it is listed as an apartment, it is actually a private house — spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. It has everything needed for a long stay, including two proper bedrooms, two convenient bathrooms with showers, and a living room with a large dining table.
We especially enjoyed the lovely private patio, where we could relax outdoors in complete privacy. It was very hot in Córdoba during the summer, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the house at a comfortable temperature. The internet connection was also excellent — fast and reliable, which was especially important for working online.
The historic city centre is about a 10-minute walk away. The only thing to keep in mind is that large grocery stores and supermarkets are located some distance away.
We would also like to thank the hosts for their hospitality and for allowing us to leave our luggage at the house before check-in. It was very convenient and made our arrival day much easier.
Overall, this is a wonderful and very comfortable house, perfect for both short and extended stays.

Tenía todo lo necesario, para una estancia cómoda y aparcamiento cercano en la calle.
La Wifi, que no funcionaba bien y era incómoda de usar, por motivos de seguridad, del propio sistema. Y la televisión un poco lenta en el uso de aplicaciones.

Las instalaciones con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones
La ubicación, la zona donde está ubicada es la zona sur de Córdoba , conocida por ser de gente problemática.
Da algo de desconfianza dejar el coche aparcado en la calle.
Por otro lado faltaba gel y champú en las duchas
