I had a really enjoyable stay at Stay U-nique Dos Aceras. The location was absolutely perfect – right in the centre of Málaga, with pretty much everything I wanted to see within walking distance. For a solo trip, the apartment was more than spacious enough and looked just like the photos. It was very clean when I arrived, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great, and although the kitchen was quite small, it was well equipped with everything I needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important in July, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Self check-in and check-out were very easy, and communication with the team was friendly and uncomplicated. Overall, the apartment was a great base for exploring Málaga, and I would happily stay here again.
There were only a few minor issues. Since the apartment is in such a central location, quite a lot of noise from outside could be heard in the evening. The lift was also out of order when I arrived, which was inconvenient with my suitcase, although the apartment is only on the first floor and I later saw that it was being repaired. There was also a small issue with a wardrobe door that did not close properly, which I reported to the team. They responded quickly and offered to come by without requiring me to stay in the apartment. Two of the windows also did not close completely. None of these issues seriously affected my stay, but they would be worth improving.

A la hora de entrar es shelf check-in, en Booking tienen puesto que si llegas más tarde de las 21:00 tendrás que pagar un suplemento, pero no tengo claro el porqué, ya que es todo online.
La casa en general está bien, las camas son cómodas, y tiene lo que puedes necesitar por unos días.
Si vas en coche, necesitas coger un parking, ya que la calle es solo de bajada y peatonal, a los alrededores es muy complicado aparcar. Hay un parking a 3 minutos andando en calle sargento 7, bastante estrecha la entrada, pero es todo shelf check-in como la casa, por 20€ el día.
Tienes un supermercado Dia al final de la calle, y un chino en la esquina arriba.
La ubicación es perfecta. Al lado del centro y un bar justo abajo en el que puedes desayunar a buen precio.
Había friega platos, pero no un estropajo para limpiar platos/vasos.
No encontramos ninguna escoba, que siendo 3 chicas, estaría bien por el tema pelos y demás para mantener un orden.
Sólo dejan unas llaves, por lo tanto si el grupo se separa tienes que estar pendiente del timbre.
De la fianza como mínimo se quedan con 10€, si adelantas el pago completo 300€ de esta "como gastos de gestión". Es cierto que me devolvieron los 290€ el mismo día que salimos.
