距離弘大地鐵站7號出口很近。房間裡有冰箱可以冰東西，單人房間空間夠大，我打開28吋行李箱放在地上也沒問題。
沒有電梯，如果會採購很多導致行李重量很重，爬樓梯可能會比較辛苦。

地點非常方便，從機場快線5號出口步行2分鐘就可到達，旁邊有各種你會需要的東西的店面。雖然位於鬧區，但晚上不會有周邊傳來的吵雜噪音，很安靜，住宿期間，其他房的室友也都很安靜，關起房門都不會聽到其他人的聲音，冷氣比較舊，反而是冷氣噪音最大。整體來說設施和空間（房間、浴室、廁所、廚房、其他公共空間）雖然不是非常新，但整潔度不錯，民宿每天都會來打掃，廚房在一樓，所以煮飯味道不太會飄到二樓和三樓，有看到管理人員有時候中餐會在廚房煮飯、吃飯。提供入住前後可寄放行李的服務，房間內有提供小冰箱和衣櫃，很方便。民宿負責聯絡的窗口訊息回覆速度還算快，有疑問都樂意幫忙解決/回覆。
大門沒有鎖，安全感扣分，尤其進出門的時候，常常看到有人在附近抽菸，感覺不是很好。三樓有兩間淋浴室、一間廁所，由五間房間共用（二樓有一間廁所，有點忘記淋浴間是一間還是兩間），其中一間淋浴室沒有對外窗，感覺會很熱，所以我觀察幾乎都沒有人去使用，不過我住宿期間沒有遇到洗澡需要等待的狀況，有可能剛好大家回民宿的時間都錯開。淋浴室沒有放置空間，衣物只能懸掛在門上的掛鉤，要小心洗才不會溼掉。電視很舊，我看螢幕應該都快壞掉了，吹風機也蠻舊的。被子很薄，就是一件涼被，是我所住過的民宿中提供最薄的被子，怕冷的人要注意一下，床鋪就是套上一件保潔墊那種墊子。

地理位置是真的很好，地铁口一出来就能入住了；餐厅也是该有的东西都有；房间那么小居然也有一个小冰箱，很方便，还有电视机。
枕头不是很舒服，说是半夜不能吹头发，还是有姐妹凌晨一两点在洗头吹头，隔音还是欠缺了一点
